At Garage Gang Gyms, our approach is different. We prioritize giving you a strong foundation in program and technique, rather than chasing after fleeting trends.
We achieve this through customizing your program with cues and in-app tutorial videos to support you throughout your fitness journey.
Prior to customizing, we perform a "Movement Assessment" on you, wherein you submit videos of yourself performing exercises that Coach Josh evaluates and provides feedback on - ensuring safe exercising practices.
Additionally, our "Ultimate" program takes it a step further by offering "form checks" along the way. This frequent check-in of your technique will give you a huge advantage over the last time you tried!
With these extra layers of support, you will be empowered to do every exercise with proper form and technique, and finally know what "Strong" and "Confident" feels like, when you're looking in the mirror!
